01 · Membership
What is Links Golf Membership?
An annual membership unlocking discounted rates at 15 partner courses across Puerto Rico. One card, the whole island — play more, pay less.
Who is it for?
Residents, frequent visitors, and snowbirds who play more than a handful of rounds a year on the island. The card pays for itself quickly at member rates — typically within 3–4 rounds.
Is there a family plan?
Yes — partners and additional family members can add memberships at a reduced rate. Ask at checkout or email hello@linksgolf.pr and we'll set you up.
Is the membership transferable?
No. The membership is non-transferable and photo-bound to the verified member. Sharing a pass voids membership immediately. Each golfer in your group needs their own card.
02 · Wallet & Card
How does the digital card work?
After activation you receive a signed Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass. It lives on your phone like a boarding pass — show it at the pro shop, staff scans it, and your member rate is unlocked instantly.
Do I need to download an app?
Not at all. The pass uses native wallet features built into iOS and Android — the same place as your credit cards and boarding passes. No third-party app, no account to manage after setup.
What if I lose my phone?
Log into your member account, revoke the old pass in one tap, then add a fresh pass to your new device. Your membership is never interrupted and your member number stays the same.
Can I use my card offline?
Yes. Wallet passes work offline — the QR code is stored locally on your device. No signal needed at the course.
Can I share the card with someone?
No — passes are photo-bound and non-transferable. Sharing voids your membership. Add a family member instead so they get their own verified card.
03 · Courses
Which courses participate?
15 partner courses across 9 municipios — from Royal Isabela on the west coast to Palmas Del Mar on the east. See the full list on the course directory.
Do I need a tee time?
Yes — book directly with the course as you normally would. Mention that you're a Links Golf Member when booking. Featured resort partners also offer priority tee-time windows for members.
Does the discount apply to guests in my group?
The primary member rate applies only to the cardholder. Some courses offer a reduced companion rate for guests in a member's group — check with the individual course when booking.
Are more courses being added?
Yes. We're actively expanding the network. New partner courses are announced by email to all active members first.
04 · Billing
How much does it cost?
$299 USD per year. Member discounts of 15–25% off green fees typically pay the membership back within 3–4 rounds at partner courses.
Does it auto-renew?
Only if you opt in during checkout. We send a reminder email 30 days before expiration — no surprise charges, ever.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — full refund within 14 days if you haven't yet used the card at a partner course. After first use, the membership is non-refundable.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. Payments are encrypted and we never store card details.
05 · Account
How do I update my photo?
Sign in to your member portal, upload a new photo, and your wallet pass refreshes automatically within minutes. The new photo appears on your digital card immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Your membership is annual, but you can disable auto-renewal at any time from your account. Your card stays active through the end of your paid term.
