1. Information We Collect
To issue your membership and digital ID, we collect information you provide directly: full name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, and a verification photo. Payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
We also collect limited technical information (browser type, device, language preference) when you visit the site, used solely to keep the service running and to remember your language choice.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To verify your identity and issue your digital ID.
- To process payments and manage your membership.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, renewal reminders, account changes).
- To respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell it.
3. Cookies & Tracking
We use a minimal set of first-party cookies and local storage entries — for example, to remember your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking technologies.
4. Sharing With Third Parties
We share information only as needed to provide the service:
- Payment provider: card details and billing information are processed securely by our payment provider.
- Partner courses: when you present your digital ID, the course confirms your member status; no additional personal data is shared.
- Service providers: infrastructure and email vendors that operate under confidentiality and data-protection agreements.
- Legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data while your membership is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation (typically up to one year) to handle disputes, comply with legal requirements, and process refunds. Verification photos are deleted on cancellation unless retention is required for fraud investigation.
6. Your Rights & Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to data portability and to object to certain processing. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, restricted access controls, and regular security review. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
8. Changes & Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
