By accessing or using Links Golf Membership (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract to register for a membership. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Annual membership is $129 USD, payable upon registration. Memberships are valid for twelve (12) months from the activation date and do not auto-renew unless explicitly enabled by the member. Refunds are governed by our refund policy and applicable law.
Your digital ID is issued solely to the registered member and is non-transferable. Misuse of the membership card — including but not limited to sharing, duplication, or fraudulent presentation — may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. The verification photo is used only to confirm member identity at participating courses.
Member discounts and access privileges are subject to each partner course's availability, booking policies, dress codes, and rules of play. Links Golf Membership is not responsible for course-specific restrictions, blackout periods, or changes to a partner course's discount terms.
Members are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with each course's standards. Repeated violations reported by partner courses may result in termination of membership.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Links Golf Membership shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting support; cancellation does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund unless required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
